Playing Field Committee

A team of volunteers within the village are currently researching the next steps for the playing field for the village. There is a dedicated facebook page and the views of all village members will be consulted and taken into account.  The playing field is for you and everyone's views are important.

The play area has been in disrepair for many years and without funding we have been unable to make it safe for use. Some money has been given to the village from the Communities Infrastructure Levy (CIL) following the development works at Manor Farm and a proportion of this is ringfenced for the play area specifically. An item of equipment is due to be installed over the summer months, any volunteers willing to help with the work and maintaining of the area would be appreciated.
